This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products and request refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. However, due to the nature of jewelry products and hygiene considerations, we have certain guidelines in place to ensure fairness for all our customers.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. This includes broken clasps, missing stones, tarnished pieces (upon arrival), or any other quality issues that were not caused by customer handling.
Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange for a return and send you the correct item at no additional cost. Alternatively, you may opt for a full refund.
Product Significantly Different from Description: If the product you receive is significantly different from its description or images on our website (beyond minor variations that may occur due to photography and screen displays), you may be eligible for a return.
Return Timeframe
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted. We encourage you to inspect your jewelry immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues.
Conditions for Return
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You must provide clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or discrepancy
- You must have the original order confirmation or receipt
Products that show signs of wear, use, or customer-caused damage will not be accepted for return. This includes scratches, discoloration from contact with perfumes or chemicals, broken pieces due to mishandling, or altered products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings and nose pins (due to hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective)
- Customized or personalized jewelry made to your specifications
- Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Products without original packaging or tags
How to Initiate a Return
If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Provide Details
Explain the reason for your return and provide clear photographs of the product showing the issue. Include photos of the packaging if the product was damaged during transit.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Step 4: Ship the Product
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Step 5: Receive Your Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. If you paid via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account. For other payment methods, we will coordinate with you on the appropriate refund channel.
Refund Timeline: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we have processed it. The actual time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Amount: For eligible returns, you will receive a full refund of the product price. The original shipping charges of ₹40 are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product shipped, defective item, etc.).
Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will be happy to send you a new product, subject to availability. If the same product is not available, you may choose an alternative product of equal value or opt for a refund.
Replacements will be shipped free of charge if the return was due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. For other eligible returns, standard shipping charges may apply to the replacement shipment.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Before Dispatch: If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. We process orders quickly, so there is a limited window for cancellation.
After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures a smoother process and allows you to receive your new item without delays.
Damaged During Return Shipping
Please pack returned products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. We are not responsible for items that are damaged during return transit. If a product arrives back to us in a damaged condition, we may not be able to process a full refund. We recommend using appropriate packaging materials and a reliable shipping method when returning products.
