From the northern mountains to the southern coasts, from the eastern states to the western shores – if you have a valid Indian address, we can deliver to you. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our focus is on serving our customers within India with the best possible service.

Shipping Charges

We believe in keeping things simple and transparent. A flat shipping fee of ₹40 (Rupees Forty Only) is applicable on all orders, regardless of the order value or the number of items you purchase. This shipping charge helps us ensure that your jewelry reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

During special promotional periods or festive seasons, we may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website and will be automatically applied at checkout if your order qualifies.

Processing Time

Once you place an order, our team gets to work immediately. Here is what happens behind the scenes:

Order Confirmation: As soon as you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. This usually happens within minutes of placing your order.

Quality Check: Before packing, each item in your order goes through a careful quality inspection. We check for any defects, ensure the pieces match our quality standards, and verify that you are getting exactly what you ordered.

Packaging: We understand that jewelry is delicate and precious. Each piece is carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We use protective materials and secure packaging to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition.

Dispatch: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During sale periods or festivals, processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes, but we always try our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Tier 3 Cities and Towns: 7-10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 10-15 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, local holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order Tracking

We know how exciting it is to wait for your new jewelry to arrive! That is why we provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment and know exactly when to expect your delivery.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team, and we will be happy to assist you.

Delivery Process

When your order arrives at your location, here is what you can expect:

The delivery person will attempt to deliver to the address you provided during checkout. Please ensure that the address is accurate and complete, including any landmark details that might help locate your address easily.

If you are not available to receive the delivery, the delivery person may attempt to contact you using the phone number provided. In some cases, they may leave the package with a neighbor or at a nearby location, depending on local delivery practices.

If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Important Delivery Guidelines

Accurate Address: Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Address changes after order dispatch may not be possible.

Someone to Receive: We recommend having someone available at the delivery address during the expected delivery window to receive the package. This ensures smooth delivery and prevents any delays.

Check Your Package: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package for any external damage before accepting it. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, you may refuse the delivery or note the damage at the time of receipt.

Verify Contents: After receiving your package, please open it and verify the contents against your order. If you notice any missing items or discrepancies, contact us immediately with your order details and photos if applicable.

Delays and Issues

While we strive to deliver every order on time, sometimes delays happen due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
  • Public holidays or local festivals
  • Civil disturbances or government restrictions
  • High volume periods during sales or festive seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us. We will investigate the matter and keep you informed about the status of your shipment.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us if:

  • The address provided is incorrect or incomplete
  • No one is available to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts
  • The recipient refuses to accept the delivery
  • The package is unclaimed at the delivery location

For returned packages, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we are unable to reach you or if you do not respond within 30 days, we may process a refund after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
